Now I live in the Windy City, and I get my share of crummy weather. However, the conditions here seem paradise-like compared to our friends on the United States's East Coast, who are currently making the "chilling" discovery that Mother Nature does not always like us to live in climates where the temperature is above zero. Case in point...CNN states:
"New Hampshire's Mount Washington Observatory, which boasts of having 'The world's worst weather,' recorded temperatures of 28 degrees below zero Fahrenheit on Thursday morning with a wind chill of 71 degrees below zero."
